Helen is NVQ Level 3 qualified and has 18 years experience in a nursery setting, along with an additional 3 years as a childminder prior to this. 

Helen is the Director of Dragonflies, she mainly deals with the administration and also occasionally works with the children.   She lives in Chandlers Ford with her husband, 5 children, Ollie the dog and a cat called Dave. She enjoys all things crafty, particularly glass fusing and making lampwork beads.

Emma is qualified to Level 5 and lives in Eastleigh with her 2 sons and 2 house rabbits called Ed and Nutmeg. 

She has 20 years childcare experience and has worked in several settings in the local area. She is also deputy DSL and our Operation Encompass ambassador.

Gemma has over 21 years childcare experience and holds a BTEC Level 3.  She is Dragonflies Designated Safeguarding Lead. She is also an accredited Yogini instructor and loves leading yoga and midfullness sessions for our little ones.

Gemma lives in Chandlers Ford with her husband, 2 children and Buddy the cat.

Jackie is Level 3 qualified and has over 20 years childcare experience, including as an LSA in a primary school. Jackie is our Quality of Education Lead and our SenCo, supporting children and staff with a wide range of subjects.  Jackie lives in Chandlers Ford with her husband, 2 children and Oscar the dog. She loves reading and regularly contributes to our own Dragonflies library!

Helen D is a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner, who mainly works behind the scenes with all things paperwork!  She lives in Dibden with her husband, 3 young children, 2 cats and Margot the dog. She loves reading and shopping!

Ashley joined us as an apprentice and is now Level 3.  She lives in Horton Heath with her husband and 2 young daughters. She enjoys running in her spare time and loves animals.

Ashley also holds a Level 2 qualification in Understanding Autism and is Signalong accredited.

Laura has been with us since the beginning of her childcare journey and is now Level 3.  She lives in Chandlers Ford with her husband and 3 children and is an avid reader in her spare time.

Claire is a qualified teacher, specialising in Early Years.  She lives in Chandlers Ford with her young son and enjoys pilates and singing in a local choir.

Emily lives in Chandlers Ford with her parents, younger sister and Ozzie the cat! Emily is Level 3 qualified, she can be found in nursery for most of the week, but also pops up in Breakfast and After School club!

Lisa lives in Chandlers Ford with her two boys, both of whom went to Dragonflies. She works part-time with us and the rest of the time she works as a Sports Massage Therapist. 

Lisa's boys loved Dragonflies so much she wanted to join our team!

Sinead lives in Chandlers Ford.  She has two children and two cockapoos called Teddy and Daisy.  

Sinead has a real love for baking and enjoys making cakes, bakes and many other sweet treats in her spare time.

Elizabeth was previously a Teaching Assistant at a local infant school.  She completed her qualification with us and is now Level 3. 

She lives in Chandlers Ford with her husband, 2 children and Jack the dog.

Sarah is Level 3 qualified and lives in the New Forest with her husband.  In her spare time, she enjoys sports and painting.

Katie works in both nursery and our OOSC.  She lives in Chandlers Ford with her family, who work together to train guide dogs.  Katie is studying to become a teacher at the University of Winchester.
